How does it work?
We ship worldwide and for free with surface shipping.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days (usually less) following the execution of your purchase transaction. Depending on the destination country and the customs processes in that country, delivery takes 2-5 weeks. Surface shipment is executed by PTT (Turkish Post) and PTT partners with destination country’s local post office.
Due to Covid-19, there may be delays in surface shipment due to slowness in international shipment operations compared to the business as usual process.
We Offer Fast Delivery Service
How does it work?
Upon your request we can send your package with fast flight shipment via PTS. PTS operates international deliveries with Fedex, UPS and DHL, depending on the destination country. The delivery usually takes between 2-5 days. You can see the fast delivery shipping fees in the check out details after the destination country is selected, when you proceed to buy a product.
- All items are packed carefully with extra protective wrapping system before being shipped.
- All items are shipped via registered mail with tracking number.
- Buyer assumes all customs. Shipping costs do not include customs duty, taxes and fees. Buyer might be charged additional customs duty, taxes and fee upon receipt of package based on their destination country’s rates.
